Want to start yoga practice properly or re-start after some time away? This challenge is designed to bring you thoughtfully and consistently into your practice of the yoga asanas, or postures. It is appropriate for beginners of any age, those looking to establish or re-establish physical conditioning, and anyone who needs a little support getting going.

I originally made this challenge because I had fallen away from a lifelong practice, gained some unwanted weight and was feeling limited by old injuries. I felt out of shape and distant from the empowerment of a regular yoga practice. So, no excuses! If I can do it, you can do it. Let’s get started TODAY, and do it together.
